| Before George founded NetCare IT in the fall of 2004 under the name NetPro Technology Solutions, he had just concluded 9 years of employment with Caspian Software as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Systems Engineer. In this position, George not only learned network administration and achieved 22 industry certifications, but also trained network administrators and helped people from other careers to enter the field of technology. In founding NetCare IT, George's passion was to help organizations use technology to improve efficiency and productivity, thus improving their bottom line. This emphasis on efficiency probably originated during his study of Organizational Communication at Ball State University where he earned an M.A. What still gets George out of bed every morning is helping small businesses find inexpensive technologies that work for them. George is also beginning his third year of service on the Board of Directors for the Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce. |
| Brad Sullivan |
| Brad has over 10 years experience creating interactive websites for small businesses. His first partnership with NetCare IT came when he developed an intranet for one of our customers in 2006. Over the years this Intranet increased in scope and use and when the customer needed help adding to it in the fall of 2010, we called on Brad again. As the company grew, we decided to take advantage of Brad's unique blend of development and network adminsitration skills and he came to work full time with the company in March of 2011. |

| Chris began his relationship with NetCare IT in January 2011 while attending Ohio University's Computer Science Technology Program. Since he was also working a full time job with another company, his initial goal was to get some real world IT job skills and to see if the field suited him as he had thought it would. We ended up appreciating Chris's friendly demeanor and ability to learn the NetCare IT approach to both technology and customer service so much we offered him a full time job in September of 2011! Chris graduated from OU with a degree in Computer Sciences in the summer of 2012. |
